What Is My Purpose?
If you're one of those people who feel a bit lost about what your purpose is in life, you're in no way alone!
This question plagues a lot of people well into their 40's and 50's (or even later!) and the worst thing we can do is put pressure on ourselves about it, self-criticising and feeling that we're somehow lower in worth.
Finding your purpose does not happen while sitting still, it surfaces on a journey. Clarity of purpose arrives when you start living your life like you care, when you start seeking small ways to make a difference.
All you have to do to find it is start moving.
